The constableโs office said Chambliss had removed an ankle monitor and was out on a PR bond for a murder charge in Hays County, which is southwest of Austin. After roughly two years behind bars, Hays County District Attorney Wes Mau said Chambliss requested his $250,000 bond be reduced. Court records show a judge granted a PR bond with GPS monitor in 2019 โunder extreme protestโ from the prosecutor. Investigators said Chambliss could face additional charges in Harris County for the chase, but those details have not been released yet.

Nichols became upset because his food was not ready and threatened to shoot everyone at the restaurant, constable deputies said. Constable deputies said he was charged with aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon.

โTiger Kingโ star Dillon Passage, 25, was arrested for DWI in addition to an outstanding warrant for resisting arrest in Manor, Texas, Fox 7 Austin reports. Passage, who is the husband of Joe Exotic, was arrested and taken to the Travis County Jail on November 15, according to the report. Passage underwent a field sobriety test which results determined the driver was intoxicated, according to the report. Passage was arrested for DWI in addition to an outstanding warrant for resisting arrest. Fox 7 reports he is being held on a $3,000 bond.
Arrest made in shooting death of 20-year-old disabled woman in Cypress, deputies say
CYPRESS, Texas โ Deputies said an arrest has been made in the shooting death of 20-year-old Sierra Rhodd, a woman killed in a shooting while sleeping. Authorities said the shooting was possibly intended to be in retaliation against the victimโs 15-yr-old brother due to an on-going feud with several individuals. Deputies learned that the victimโs 15-year old brother discharged a handgun at the suspects as they were fleeing. Deputies said they also learned Sierra, who has cerebral palsy, was in her bedroom in bed at the time of the shooting. According to investigators, neighbors reported seeing a dark-colored sedan and a red pickup truck fleeing the scene immediately after the shooting.
Woman accused of leading deputy constables on wild chase with child in vehicle
HOUSTON โ A woman is in custody after she led Precinct 5 constable deputies on a chase while a child was in the vehicle in west Harris County Thursday, authorities said. Constable deputies said the chase began around 3:11 a.m. when authorities saw a vehicle that they believe was involved in a hit and run. When constable deputies attempted to make a traffic stop, the vehicle failed to yield, they said. According to authorities, the driver came to a stop at 20800 Sandy Bay Lane and was taken into custody. Constable deputies said an unrestrained child was in the vehicle during the incident.
Former investigative reporter Wayne Dolcefino charged with contempt of court
HOUSTON โ On Tuesday, well-known investigative reporter Wayne Dolcefino was charged with contempt of court and sentenced to three days in jail and six months probation. According to court documents, Dolcefino went up to Judge Darrell Jordan as he sat on the bench and demanded to interview him. Wice argued Dolcefino was not technically in contempt of court. However, Judge Jordan begged to differ. He says Dolcefino will not get special treatment for being a well-known journalist.
Teen who spray-painted N-word and other vulgar language on vehicles in Hickory Creek charged
KATY, Texas The Fort Bend County Sheriffs Office said a teen who spray-painted as many as 16 vehicles in the Hickory Creek neighborhood with racist, vulgar language and images has been charged. Deputies said the N-word was spray-painted on vehicles and driveways, along with the words be gone. On June 13, Dominic Reale, 18, was charged with felony graffiti and could face additional hate crime-related charges. Investigators said on June 3 starting at 5:45 a.m., the Fort Bend County Sheriffs Office received more than a dozen calls in the 6900-7000 blocks of Pembrough Lane and Glen Rosa Drive, in the Katy area of Fort Bend County. When deputies arrived at the scene, they said they found the vehicles spray-painted with racial slurs and graphic drawings. Deputies said he was already in the Fort Bend County Jail for an unrelated assault charge.
