According to a charging complaint, Harden was arrested by the Houston Police Department at 3:41 a.m. Saturday. The complaint alleges Harden “unlawfully, intentionally and knowingly” carried “on and about” his person a handgun in a motor vehicle he owned, and that the handgun was “in plain view.”

Court records show Harden was released from custody after the arrest on a $100 personal bond. Records further show his bond includes restrictions barring him from having weapons and requiring him to avoid alcohol and drugs, along with random urinalysis testing while the case is pending.

The circumstances leading up to his arrest were not immediately known. KPRC 2 is working to learn more information.

Harden is scheduled for a court appearance on June 22 at 9 a.m.
