Track outages here: Thunderstorms lead to power outages across Houston area

HOUSTON – As a cold front moved across the area, numerous power outages have been reported, leaving thousands of residents without electricity.

As a result of the severe weather, power outages have been reported across multiple counties.

As of 3:09 p.m., 4,932 CenterPoint customers are without power.

These are the following areas with the highest reported outages:

Sugar Land: 123

Greenspoint area: 40

Pearland: 193

Entergy has reported the following outages by county as of 3:09 p.m.:

• Montgomery: 89 affected customers
• Galveston: 6537
