Galveston County primary election results for March 3, 2026

Galveston County voters headed to the polls March 3 to determine which Republican and Democratic candidates will move forward in several closely watched local races.
Offices on the ballot included county judge, commissioners court seats, sheriff, district attorney, and various judicial positions. Municipal and precinct-level races may also draw attention depending on party turnout.
Polling places opened from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Election Day, with early voting held Feb. 17–27.
