CYPRESS, Texas - A widow has filed a lawsuit against a Cypress gun range after her husband was killed in an accidental shooting on Dec. 11.

An employee at the Hot Wells Shooting Range was working on a rifle that Monday when it went off.

A stray bullet went through the wall of the shop, killing 36-year-old Joshua Cummings as he was walking in the parking lot.

The lawsuit claims the actions of the employee were reckless and the business is not safe.

Cummings left behind his wife and a set of triplets.
