Houston – Houston, we hear you! We keep getting calls and emails from people who need help with the city of Houston water bill issues.
Our huge ‘DRAINED’ KPRC 2 Investigations back in November highlighted various types of water bill issues from brown water to broken meters to overcharging.
We’re back with more stories starting during our 6 am newscast on Monday, Feb. 27.
Many of you just want to pay for the water you use or just clean drinking water. Sounds like a simple request. We are dedicating another week to getting answers for you about troubles with meters, billing, quality concerns, and more.
