HOUSTON – A homeless man was found dead after he was exposed to winter conditions in southeast Houston, Mayor Sylvester Turner said on Twitter.

The man was found Tuesday behind a dumpster on Telephone Road, Sylvester said.

Officials believe the man died from hypothermia.
