Tanji shared that cantaloupe is about 75% to 80% water and packed with nutrients like potassium and vitamin A.
Houston restaurants like Relish Restaurant & Bar and Squable, are using cantaloupe in everything from burrata plates to compressed melon salads paired with bold flavors like shishito peppers and chilled gazpacho.
To finish, Patton demonstrated a simple cantaloupe slushy, reinforcing the fruit’s versatility and easy appeal for summer entertaining.
