HOUSTON – If you’re ready to step straight into a Hallmark movie (with a Houston twist), Château Nouvelle is serving major holiday magic this season with its annual Festival of Trees - a sparkling celebration that blends dazzling décor with a mission to support local families.
The luxury French-inspired estate in Champions Forest area transforms into a winter wonderland, packed with elaborately decorated trees, festive experiences, and plenty of heart. But behind the twinkling lights is an even brighter purpose: giving back to the community through Love for a Lifetime, the nonprofit benefiting from this year’s festival.
🎄 What Is Château Nouvelle?
If you haven’t visited yet, Château Nouvelle is a grand, European-style event venue tucked away in North Houston. Think sweeping staircases, chandeliers, and gardens that feel transported from a French countryside manor. It’s known for weddings, black-tie galas, and community events - and during the holidays, it becomes a stage for giving.

Love for a Lifetime exists to provide married couples with the fundamental elements needed for an enjoyable, lifelong marriage. “Our heart is to see marriages in Houston and beyond wholly restored for God’s glory. We do this through hosting Date Nights and Dinners with a Purpose. Our Festival of Trees event serves as the giving arm of our ministry — where we select different beneficiaries each year. This year’s beneficiaries are Love Fosters Hope and Mighty Oaks Foundation," say Laura and Shawn Sparks.
