‘The Americas’ Executive Producer Mike Gunton chats new breathtaking wildlife series

HOUSTON – NBC’s new series ‘The Americas’ takes you on an unforgettable journey through some of the earth’s most breathtaking places.

From the fascinating wildlife of the western hemisphere, to the playful otters of Patagonia, every episode is a front-row seat to nature’s greatest show.

Viewers can see the soaring eagles of the Rockies, the mischievous monkeys of the rainforest among many more throughout the series.

Executive Producer Mike Gunton shared that it took his team almost 5 years to complete the project and gather enough footage, as well as get the one and only Tom Hanks to narrate the series.
