HOUSTON – Zanti, the popular bar and restaurant in River Oaks, known for its hand-crafted cocktails, is offering a unique way to celebrate the holiday of love. Galentine’s Day or ‘Pal’entine’s Day usually celebrates friendships. At the restaurant, guests can learn how to recreate Zanti’s signature drinks at home with expert demonstrations from bar and restaurant manager Marisa Marquez.
Marquez introduced the “Mi Amore” cocktail, made with Patron Reposado, St. Germain, and muddled raspberries, and the refreshing mocktail “Berry Brezza”, combining Seedlip Garden and fresh lemon juice. Houston Life co-hosts Derrick and Tessa, helped Marquez mix and shake the drinks and muddled raspberries.

Marquez also helped Shore and Barrera craft the perfect charcuterie board. Tessa assembled a meat and cheese spread, while Derrick built a cheese-only version. Zanti’s secret? Balancing flavors that pair seamlessly with their curated cocktails, making it the ideal girls’ night snack.
Zanti is offering special Valentine’s Day menus throughout the month. They’ll have specials like the Amore Salad and Ravioli del Plin. Guests can also enjoy a beautifully decorated space with Polaroid photos on each table, making for memorable moments.
