Houston – When David Mitchell from Houston got out of bed each morning, he said it felt like his legs " just didn’t want to come with me.”
Mitchell had a hunch the tired heavy feeling in his legs had something to do with vein disease, after all, it ran in his family. So, he turned to Dr. Tonie Reincke at Reincke Vein Center for help.
