Fun on the course with Tessa at the Rod Ryan Show Charity Golf Tournament

Houston – Houston Life co-host Tessa Barrera left Studio B for the golf course!

We found her at the Wildcat Golf Club for the annual Rod Ryan Show Charity Golf Tournament. Several teams went head-to-head for the tournament that sells out every year.

They have partnered with Texas Adaptive Aquatics for 20 years. The organization has been helping local disabled kids and adults learn to water ski since 1989. Tessa spoke with the president of the organization Roger Randall about the impact the tournament makes on TAA. Randall says this is the major fundraiser that allows the kids to take part in these water sports for free all year. The tournament raises money at individual holes plus auctions throughout the event.
