Solidcore’s high intensity, low impact resistance training a perfect way to get fit for the new year

HOUSTON – If you haven’t heard of Solidcore just yet, it’s a full body workout that uses a special piece of equipment made for high intensity and low impact resistance training.

Many people think of it as pilates on another level, and it’s definitely one of the hottest workouts in the country right now.

Lauren Kelly took us inside the Solidcore studio in The Heights with head trainer Taylor Samale for a closer look at how it works.
