3 dead in triple shooting in Baltimore on Memorial Day
Police said three men are dead after a shooting on Spaulding Avenue in the Park Heights neighborhood. Two men died at the scene and a third was taken to a hospital, where he later died. During a news conference at the scene late Monday night, Baltimore Police Commissioner Michael Harrison said the victims appeared to have been in a gun battle that spanned three city blocks with people shooting at each other. US Soccer, Jill Ellis announce coach mentorship program
There’s been very few opportunities to be in a room, or be on a coaching license course, with other women,” Ellis said. Others include longtime North Carolina and former national team coach Anson Dorrance and Laura Harvey, former National Women's Soccer League coach and current youth national team coach. Two women, Ellis and Dutch national team coach Sarina Wiegman, faced off in the final. Ellis, among 17 coaches involved in the program, has been mentoring Monica Vergara, Mexico's under-20 women's national team coach. Since she stepped down as coach, Ellis has been enjoying time with her family while also riding out the coronavirus pandemic.

'Friends' Thanksgiving episodes coming to movie theaters
HOLLYWOOD, Calif. - There's no Thanksgiving like Friendsgiving -- and this month, "Friends" fans will be able to watch all the show's Thanksgiving episodes in movie theaters. The hit NBC sitcom, which marked its 25th anniversary last month, followed six friends through their life in New York. Eight classic Thanksgiving episodes, which have been newly remastered in 4K resolution, will be screened at 700 movie theaters across the United States on November 24 and 25. Tickets go on sale Friday on Fathom Events, which is owned by AMC Entertainment. "We're excited to put eight classic episodes on the big screen for fans to celebrate with their friends, just in time for Thanksgiving."
