A federal indictment from the Southern District of Texas has charged 20 men in the Houston area for crimes related to alleged involvement with the Houston-based “Free Money” gang.

Authorities in Houston have arrested a man they believe is affiliated with the violent MS-13 gang.

Over the weekend, 50-year-old Ricardo Obando Jr. and his stepson, 24-year-old Matthew Rosas are charged with attempted capital murder and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in connection to a botched murder for hire shooting on Feb. 4.

HOUSTON Houston Police Department is searching for Samantha Molina, a confirmed gang member. When they arrived at the gas station, Molina is accused of holding the man at gunpoint and demanding money from him. HOUSTON – A judge will decide whether a teenage girl will be tried as an adult in connection with the slaying of Lamar High School student DeLindsey Mack, according to investigators. The teenage girl now charged in his death told Mack and the other girl that she had to leave, investigators said. Along with the Lamar High Schol student and Johnson, Dave’on Thomas is also a suspect charged in connection with the case. They mentioned that the juvenile female suspect was smart, more mature than the average person in detention and manipulative. KPRC 2 will not make the identity of the teenage girl charged in Mack’s death public unless she is charged as an adult.
