Home explosion that killed man may have been a suicide: Tomball PD
TOMBALL, Texas – Authorities said a home explosion in Tomball Wednesday may have been a suicide. Tomball police said the Tomball Fire Department responded to the explosion in the 200 block of Vernon Street around 11:15 p.m. According to police, a man that was in the home during the explosion was unaccounted for. Investigators said the explosion appears to be a suicide involving the ignition of the blast using a combination of flammable liquid and natural gas. According to the Tomball Police Chief, the preliminary investigation leads them to believe this may be a suicide.
