A man was shot and killed outside a bar in the Briar Forest area of Houston on Friday evening. The incident occurred in the 1900 block of S. Kirkwood Road when two or three suspects approached the victim, leading to an interaction that resulted in the shooting. The suspects fled in a burgundy-colored sedan, and it remains unclear if the shooting stemmed from a fight or a robbery.
