HOUSTON – Houston police are searching for the people responsible for an aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon earlier this month.
On Nov. 6 around 8:15 p.m., police said a man entered the Family Dollar at 12661 Bissonnet St. and immediately jumped over the counter and pointed a handgun at the clerk.
The man demanded money from the register, according to police.
While the man had the employee at gunpoint, police said a woman walked up to the front door and told the man to get all the money and hurry up.
The man and woman then left the scene in a dark-colored sedan.
The man is described by police as being 19 to 28 years old. He is about 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs about 150 pounds. He was wearing black shoes and black pants at the time of the robbery. Police said the woman is about 18 to 27 years old.
