Walkway at Harris County Inmate Processing Center damaged during Halloween storm

HOUSTON – Severe weather caused damage to the Harris County Inmate Processing Center Wednesday in downtown Houston.

The walkway connects the processing center to another building across Buffalo Bayou.

Portions of the walkway were torn off due to high winds.

Power was also knocked out at the building.

No one was injured.
