Josefsberg was arrested in March and charged with interfering with public duty.

The Harris County Sheriff's Office said Josefsberg cut a deputy with a pencil outside the 247th District Court when that deputy told him to leave the hallway.

Josefsberg had claimed he simply asked that bailiff where he wanted him to go. The attorney said that's when the bailiff attacked him.
