HOUSTON โ University of Houston police are searching for a person who they say touched a female student in a sexual manner on Thursday and also flashed her in the library, according to a news release from the school.
The student reported the incident at 12:25 p.m. on the eighth floor of the M.D. Anderson Library on campus.
The man touched the woman's buttocks while exposing himself, according to the release.
"It's scary for me because I'm just entering campus and University of Houston has a good name in terms of safety," Student Vishi Agrawal said.
The victim left the area via the stairs and was not injured.

Police said the man did not have a weapon and was not seen in a vehicle.
The University of Houston Police Department is investigating the case.
The man is described as black with a dark complexion, a fade haircut and medium hair on top, approximately 5 feet, 8 inches to 5 feet, 9 inches tall, weighing 160-170 pounds, with a medium build, 20-25 years old. He was wearing all black clothes with a black coat or jacket.
