Richard Scott Osbourne, Maria Renee Herrera, Tatum Michelle Frey, Jennifer Estes Jones, Robert Anthony Henson, John Paul Porretto and Rodney Dale Moore are named in charges by the Galveston Police Department.

Among those people, charges include one count of animal cruelty, five counts of possession of a controlled substance, and two charges of manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance.

The Galveston Police Department said Porretto was on parole, and had his parole revoked. The rest were charged with possession of a controlled substance. KPRC 2 is working to learn who was also charged with animal cruelty and manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance.

Police said complaints about suspicious activity in the East End neighborhood prompted their investigation and the department’s arrests in the 100 block of Marlin, 100 block of 45th, and the 3800 block of R 1/2.

Galveston police also said three “dangerous” dogs were seized from the home in 100 block of Marlin. There are also plans in the works to condemn the property there.
