HOUSTON – A shooting involving Houston police officers was reported Friday morning in northeast Houston, according to the Houston Police Department.
The incident was reported in the 6300 block of North Wayside Drive, where the area is currently blocked off as crews work the scene.

HPD says officers fired at an armed suspect who was shooting at vehicles in the area.
