MAGNOLIA, Texas – The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office says a Magnolia man has been arrested after a woman reported being indecently assaulted during a massage at a local spa.
Deputies were called July 3 after a woman told investigators she was inappropriately touched and assaulted while receiving a massage at Deluxe Therapeutic Massage & Spa, located at 4849 FM 1488 in Magnolia, according to the sheriff’s office.

Detectives later identified the suspect as 29-year-old Bradley Orton of Magnolia. As they worked the case, investigators said they also discovered Orton had been arrested in April 2022 on an indecent assault allegation while employed at another massage business in Harris County.
Court records from that earlier case allege Orton inappropriately touched a woman while working at Nara’s Therapeutic Massage and Day Spa on Barker Cypress Road. Records indicate he admitted to the conduct when questioned by investigators and later pleaded guilty in May 2023, receiving deferred adjudication and 13 months of community supervision.
In the most recent Montgomery County case, the sheriff’s office said detectives coordinated with the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office to gather evidence and obtain an arrest warrant. Orton was taken into custody July 16 while he was working, authorities said.
He was booked into the Montgomery County Jail and charged with indecent assault by a health or mental provider, a state jail felony, investigators said.
State records show Orton has a current massage student permit, which has been active since March 2022.
KPRC 2 has reached out to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation regarding his license status and if any action was taken after the previous arrest.
The sheriff’s office said it believes there may be additional victims who have not come forward. Anyone who thinks they may have been victimized by Orton is urged to contact the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office at 936-538-3237 and reference case number 26A226101.
