MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas – A 21-year-old man, who investigators say had worked as a babysitter and nanny, has been arrested after accusations he sexually abused a child.
Evan Joseph Moore is charged with indecency with a child. He was arrested on Wednesday.

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office say the investigation began after authorities received allegations against Moore, who had worked as a babysitter and nanny in Montgomery County for several years.
Authorities say during the course of the investigation, a child under the age of 14 disclosed sexual abuse by Moore.
Moore was taken into custody without incident and authorities say additional charges may be filed as the investigation continues.
“Due to Moore’s prior employment as a caregiver for children in the community, investigators believe there may be additional victims. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is urging anyone who may have been a victim of Evan Moore to come forward,” the sheriff’s office said.
