Houston-area World Cup 2026 watch parties, events across the city

Houston is gearing up for the FIFA World Cup 2026 with a slate of watch parties and fan events across the city, offering free screenings, family activities, food vendors and themed entertainment.

Here are some watch parties to check out across the Houston area.

Sugar Land Town Square Watch Parties

When: June 11, 12, 13, 17, 19, 27 and July 19

Where: 2711 Plaza Drive, Sugar Land

Price: Free (registration required; entry not guaranteed due to capacity limits)

Watch parties will take place at Sugar Land Town Square in celebration of the tournament coming to Houston.

Events will feature international food vendors, family-friendly activities and live match screenings. Gates open one hour before kickoff, and attendees are encouraged to arrive early.

Registration is free but does not guarantee entry due to limited space.

Sugar Land Town Square World Cup Watch Parties (Visit Sugar Land)

Levy Park “Summer Soccer Celebration”

When: June 11 – July 19

Where: 3801 Eastside St., Houston, TX 77098

Price: Free admission

Levy Park will host “Summer Soccer Celebration,” a series of free outdoor watch parties.

The events will include live match screenings, concessions, merchandise and soccer-themed art installations.

Children’s Museum Houston “Kick It Off, Houston”

When: June 9 – July 6

Where: 1500 Binz St., Houston, TX 77004

Price: $19.95–$21.95; free for children under 1

Children’s Museum Houston will host “Kick It Off, Houston,” a family-focused program celebrating the World Cup.

The museum will feature hands-on activities designed to highlight soccer and STEM learning.

From June 13 to July 5, visitors can receive $2 off admission by wearing a soccer jersey or presenting a ticket from a World Cup match.

East Downtown Fan Events

When: June 11 – July 19, 2026

Where: East Downtown Houston

Price: Free admission

East Downtown Houston will host large-scale public watch parties throughout the tournament.

Events will include live match screenings, food trucks, Houston-themed programming and a dedicated kids’ zone.

Organizers say the area will serve as one of the city’s central hubs for World Cup fan celebrations.

For adult-oriented watch parties and nightlife events, several Houston bars will also host match screenings throughout the tournament.
