Teen injured in accidental shooting in Tomball

TOMBALL, Texas – An investigation is underway after a 17-year-old was accidentally shot in Tomball on Monday morning.

Deputies with Harris County Constable Precinct 4’s Office responded to the shooting in the 21500 block of Reserve Hill Lane and found the teen shot.

Constable Mark Hermann said the shooting was accidental, and said the teen’s injuries are not expected to be life-threatning.

He also urged the community to practice firearm safety and properly store weapons to prevent tragic incidents.
