Authorities are conducting an active search in Crosby following a serious ATV incident that left a young man missing.
According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were dispatched to the area of 1927 Gulf Pump Road after reports that an ATV had gone into the water.

Investigators say a male, believed to be around 20 years old, was riding the ATV when he reportedly struck a concrete pylon, causing the vehicle to flip and enter the water. The rider did not resurface.

A multi-agency response is now underway, with assistance from the Crosby Fire Department and Texas Game Wardens, along with HCSO dive teams working the scene.
Crews are continuing search efforts in the water as officials work to locate the missing man. His identity has not yet been released.
