HOUSTON – A suspected burglary attempt in Houston took an unusual turn early Sunday when a man got stuck while trying to enter a home through a chimney, according to the Houston Police Department.
Houston police were called around 1 a.m. Sunday to a residence in the 9100 block of Tooley Drive. Police say the caller reported someone was jumping on a roof. Officers believe the person was a burglary suspect.
According to police, the suspect tried to get into the home through a chimney but became stuck about halfway down and never made it inside. The Houston Fire Department responded and removed the suspect from the chimney.
