HPD: Six people shot at house party in Acres Homes Multiple shooters suspected as police investigate chaotic scene
HOUSTON – Six people were shot at a house party in Acres Homes, according to the Houston Police Department .
It happened on Parkes Street near West Little York at about 9 p.m. Saturday.
When officers arrived, there was a large crowd gathered in the front yard.
One man was shot and rushed to the hospital. Others went to hospitals on their own.
One of the six victims is in critical condition, and the others are in stable condition.
Investigators said it appears multiple shooters were involved.
Police detained one person for questioning.
