Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), Hobby Airport (HOU) announce ground stops as severe thunderstorms near Houston

George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) and William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) in Houston are now under a ground stops Wednesday afternoon.
According to the FAA website, the stop at Bush is scheduled to last from 10:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. The stop at Hobby is scheduled from 12:15 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
The reason for both stops is listed as “thunderstorms.”
