RICHMOND, Texas – The man accused of shooting at officers while they responded to a call in Fort Bend County Friday morning has been arrested.
Richmond Police responded to a shots fired call in the 1900 block of Fiesta Lane around 1 a.m.
When officers arrived, they said they arrested one person, but while making the arrest, a second suspect started shooting at them.
Officers spent hours Friday morning searching for the second suspect, and announced his arrest shortly before 8 a.m.
Investigators are now working to determine whether the first person arrested was involved in the initial shooting or if the second suspect is responsible for both shootings.
