It happened around 2:30 a.m. when the Cypress Creek Fire Department said they were called to Snyderville Storage on Windfern and Perry Road.

Additional reinforcements were called to help put out the flames, along with assistance from the Harris County Fire Marshal’s Office (HCFMO). In total, 16 units were destroyed and three firefighters were treated at the scene for heat exhaustion, but are OK and were able to return to firefighting.
It’s unclear what caused the fire, as of this writing, but an investigation remains underway.
