Domestic chase ends in crash as wife runs husband off Aldine Bender road in north Harris County

What began as a domestic argument escalated into a serious collision on Aldine Bender in north Harris County early Monday, injuring two people and shutting down the intersection.
The incident, reported a little after 3:30 a.m., involved two vehicles and resulted in both individuals being transported to the hospital.
According to initial information from investigators, a disturbance took place between a man and a woman at a home. The man left in his vehicle, and the woman pursued him in a separate car.
The crash occurred when the woman allegedly rammed the man’s vehicle, causing him to veer off the roadway and strike an awning.
Deputies confirmed that the man is in stable condition, while the woman is undergoing surgery and remains in critical condition.
