3-year-old found in towed vehicle while mother was drinking inside Houston nightclub

HOUSTON – A woman has been charged with endangering a child after her 3-year-old was found inside a towed car while she was drinking at a Houston nightclub.
The incident happened at a club in the 2400 block of Wheeler Avenue.
Court documents reveal that 29-year-old Brandy Rachelle Brown’s illegally parked vehicle was towed with her 3-year-old child still inside, later discovered by the tow company.
Brown has since been released on a $7,500 bond.
