34-year-old man found dead on floor in SW Houston apartment

Authorities are awaiting autopsy results after a man was found dead in a southwestern Houston apartment.
Wednesday night at around 10:50 p.m., officials with the Houston Police and Fire Departments responded to a welfare check at an apartment complex located at 2630 Tanglewilde Street.
After nobody responded in the unit, police and paramedics entered and found a 34-year-old man unresponsive on the floor. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
At this time, the investigation is pending on the results of the autopsy.
HPD is encouraging anyone with information related to this case to contact the HPD Homicide Division at 713-308-3600.
