SAN ANTONIO – The home of a San Antonio man and his parents, who are charged in connection with the deaths of a pregnant teen and her boyfriend is now up for sale, according to the San Antonio Express-News.

Christopher Preciado, 19, is accused of killing 18-year-old Savannah Soto, who was nine months pregnant, and her boyfriend, 22-year-old Matthew Guerra in December. The couple’s unborn child also died. Preciado was charged with capital murder of multiple persons, capital murder of a child under 10 and capital murder-underlying robbery.

Preciado’s father, Ramon, 53, and Myrta Romanos, 47, were both charged with multiple counts of altering, destroying or concealing human remains, abuse of a corpse, and tampering with evidence.

According to police, Soto and Guerra were both killed by Preciado during a botched drug deal. Preciado’s parents are accused of helping him hide the couple’s bodies.

In March, all three were indicted by a grand jury in connection with the deaths and remain at the Bexar County jail.

Home for sale

The family’s home, located at 5735 Charlie Chan, is located three minutes away from where Soto’s and Guerra’s bodies were discovered, according to the report.

A post by Zillow shows the market value at $360,200.

According to the report, a “for sale” sign was placed outside the home, indicating it would be up for sale soon. Keller Williams Realty told the San Antonio Express-News that the official listing would be available Thursday. As of Monday morning, the company could not provide an asking price.

What happened

The couple was reported missing by family members several days before Christmas, and on Christmas Day, the Texas Department of Public Safety issued a CLEAR alert for Soto.

Soto and Guerra were found inside a vehicle -- both with gunshot wounds to the head. Authorities say they were killed on Dec. 21 after a botched drug deal with Christopher.

Police said information on Savanah Soto’s cellphone was found in the vehicle they were killed in, which then led them to another vehicle they had seen on surveillance video. After releasing images of the suspect vehicle to the public, authorities were led to a home where they found the father and the son. Ramon answered the door and cooperated with police.

As he was placed in a patrol car, Ramon was asked by reporters whether he had remorse.

“Aren’t you sorry for lying about what you’re saying? You don’t even know what’s going on. You just make stuff up like always,” Preciado said.

His son did not comment as police escorted him to a separate vehicle.

According to KSAT, Christopher has no previous criminal history.
