How does it work?

The company will mail updated stickers to customers with good-standing accounts. Each sticker has a unique customer ID number, address, and information about the status of your account. Every time your new payment goes through, you get a new sticker mailed out to replace the old one.

SUPER IMPT: You must put your sticker on your trash can, facing OUT so the crews can see and read all the account information and ensure you don’t have a past-due balance.

According to the company, as long as your sticker is on the bin and visible during each pickup, and you’re paid up, your trash gets collected.

What if you do not have a sticker?

Only accounts with stickers will be serviced, according to its website. Residents with expired stickers will not be serviced.

Once the customer’s payment has cleared and their account and balance is zero, they will be mailed an updated sticker to post on their can for service.

Why was this implemented?

Texas Pride Disposal stated that this has a proven track record of ensuring customers’ payments are on time.

A growing number of Texas Pride Disposal customers have complained to us and the Better Business Bureau with numerous reports of delays.
