Man dies in crash after losing control, hitting 2 other vehicles in NW Harris Co.

HARRIS COUNTY – A man is dead after losing control of his car and hitting two other vehicles in northwest Harris County.

According to a witness, the man was driving on Jones Road near FM 1960 around 9:30 Tuesday night.

The witness told investigators the driver lost control of their car while speeding -- hitting two other vehicles and then crashing into a ditch.

That man was taken to the hospital and later died.

No one else was said to have been hurt in the crash.
