Family of 4 reported missing after moving from New Orleans to Houston (New Orleans Police Department)

HOUSTON – The New Orleans Police Department is asking the public for help locating a family of four who went missing during a move from Louisiana to Texas.

New Orleans Police said Steys Yanira David-Funez, 27, her husband Ramon Ruiz Crisanto, 30, and their two daughters Jazzlyn Esther Ruiz David, 4, and Dara Ismeray Ruiz David, 1, were driven to a Greyhound bus station in New Orleans on Nov. 30, 2023, by a family member. The family member told police that the four were moving to Houston and he received a text message the same day from them saying they had arrived at their destination.
