CenterPoint Energy installed the booster station consisting of a semi-truck tank trailer.

A technician will “be consistently checking this station and watching live data reports to monitor the flow of gas,” according to the police department.

The booster station will likely be removed by the end of next week. However, there’s a possibility it will stay here until the end of winter.

As a result, Spruce Street will be closed between Highway 3 and Avenue F.
