Spat between husband, wife ends in deadly hit-and-run near Spring

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – A woman was killed after being struck by a vehicle in north Harris County Monday night, according to authorities.

The driver of the vehicle did not stop after hitting 36-year-old Angela Eason just before 8 p.m. in the 18100 block of Kuykendahl Road, officials said.

Eason, her husband and two of her children were attending a game at Strack Middle School when she got into an argument with her husband, according to authorities.

Eason left the game without her husband and was hit by an unknown vehicle, possibly a white SUV, across the street from the school. An off-duty deputy attempted to save her life, but she was pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities are searching for the driver.
