  • Where we stand now? Mayor Turner and Judge Emmett gave us an overview of where our region is in the recovery process.
  • Why the Houston area is so prone to heavy, flooding rains, and what is being done to better predict flooding threats.
  • We looked at regulations aimed at reducing the risk of flooding, and the potential impact to the Houston area's economy.
  • Compared recent hurricanes, like Katrina, Sandy, Ike and Rita -- how much damage they caused, how much money the feds paid out in relief and how that compares to Harvey.

KPRC2 also hosted a phone bank during the Town Hall and answered your questions about housing and getting assistance.
