The Clear Creek Independent School District described Jordan in a Facebook post as “a beloved coach, coworker and friend.”

The Hilife, the school’s newspaper, posted a statement from Jordan’s family in which they expressed appreciation and thanks for efforts to find him.

“Words can’t begin to explain how grateful we are to be a part of such a strong, supportive and loving network of family and friends,” the statement read.

Funeral arrangements are pending.

Police identified the second Harvey victim as Ronald Zaring. His age was not immediately released, but police described his as elderly.

Zaring was a Friendswood Health Care Center patient who had been evacuated to Friendswood High School, police said. They said Zaring was then transported to Huntsville, when he died en route.

Harvey has been blamed for at least 20 deaths across Texas.
