HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – A woman was arrested after deputies said she tried to run people over in the 14100 block of Ella Boulevard on Tuesday.
Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman's Office said deputies responded to the area for a disturbance, and the complainants told them Tracey Collins, 46, attempted to run them over with her vehicle before leaving the area.

Deputies said they found the vehicle and attempted to stop Collins, but she refused and drove to her home, where she was detained.
Collins was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and evading arrest in a motor vehicle. Her bail was set at $2,500.
