Driver flips Jeep at end of chase in southwest Houston

HOUSTON – Police said a chase ended in southwest Houston early Thursday morning when the driver's Jeep flipped onto its roof.

The chase started just before 1:30 a.m. at Beechnut and Gessner.

Police said the chase ended less than five minutes later near Leawood when the driver flipped his Jeep.

No one was hurt in the crash.

Police have not yet released details on how the chase started, or if any charges will be filed against the driver.
