2 Tomball ISD students arrested for shooting 2 llamas, beheading 1

HARRIS COUNTY – Harris County Precinct 1 constables arrested two teens they say shot two llamas and beheaded one of them.

The case is being called one of the most disturbing animal cruelty cases of recent months in the Houston area.

Pct. 1 Constable Alan Rosen said they arrested two Tomball Independent School District students Thursday after they confessed to killing the llamas.

"They didn't actually tell us why they committed this act, but we will eventually find out why they did this," Rosen said.

One of the llamas was shot in the neck and survived.

KPRC 2 brought you this story in March when the owners of Figment Ranch in Cypress found their two llamas shot - one of them decapitated.
