Fort Bend County Crime Stoppers releases "Top Most Wanted" list

HOUSTON, Texas – Fort Bend County Crime Stoppers has released its Most Wanted Lists.

“The Static List includes three people involved in murder cases in Fort Bend County,” said Leslie Woods, chairman of Fort Bend County Crime Stoppers. “Those three subjects will bring a minimum of $1,500 each if we receive tips that lead to their arrests."

The organization is reaching out to Fort Bend County and Houston communities in an effort to capture several suspects its Static and Top 10 Most Wanted List. The list is in effect until May 31, 2016.

The following men are on the static list:

Marwan M. Saeed, 35, is wanted in a December 2007 murder case. During a robbery in Weston Lakes, Saeed is accused of killing a female resident of the home being robbed. Saeed is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. He is believed to have fled the country.
Israel Valdez, 51, is wanted on a bond forfeiture in connection with a murder charge in a July 2007 case. The crime happened at a Stafford-area tattoo shop. He is 6 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs 300 pounds.
James Hao-Hu Taylor, 29, is wanted for a bond revocation in a murder case. Taylor was free on a $250,000 bond and facing trial in January, 2006 when he cut his ankle transmitter and fled. He is accused of killing a Sugar Land woman in May 2005. He is 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds.

The following men and women are on the top 10 most wanted list:

Andre Chandler Chow, 21, is wanted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon/probation violation. He is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds. Sheriff’s Office case.
Tirshantha Courtney, 24, is wanted for indecency/child sexual contact/probation violation. Courtney is 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighs about 110 pounds. She is a black female and has black hair or a weave. Missouri City PD case.
Omar Rocha Silva, 42, is wanted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon/probation Violation twice. He is a Hispanic male, 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs 155 pounds. He has black hair. Missouri City PD case.
Kai Tseng, 30, is wanted for possession and promotion of child pornography/failure to appear. He is an Asian male, and stands 6 feet tall and weighs about 200 pounds. He has black hair. Sugar Land PD case.
Pedro Martinez, 49, is wanted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon/probation violation. He is 5 feet, 7 inches in height and weight about 180 pounds. He has black hair. Missouri City PD case.
Brandon M. Morales, 23,is wanted for robbery/probation violation. He is 6 feet tall and weighs 215 pounds. He has black hair. Sugar Land PD case.
Sathit Rhodes, 40, is wanted for Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon/bond forfeiture. She is an Asian female and is 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs about 98 pounds. She has black hair. Sheriff’s Office case.
Cresencio Martinez , 43,is a Hispanic male and is wanted for indecency with a child/sexual contact/probation violation and sex offender duty to register. He is 5-feet, 7-inches tall and weighs about 180 pounds. He has black hair. Sheriff’s Office/Needville PD case.
Christi Shanae Gary, 36, is wanted for injury to a child/elderly/disabled with intent to cause serious bodily injury. Her case is from the City of Rosenberg. She is 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighs 280 pounds. She is a black female and has black hair.
Peter Peishan Huang, 50, is wanted for possession of child pornography/bond forfeiture. He is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds. He is an Asian male with black hair. Sheriff’s Office case.
