Amber Alert canceled: 15-month-old girl, Twinkle Twilight, found safe
FORT WORTH, Texas – Fort Worth police said they found a 15-month-old girl safe after she was taken by her mother Sunday.
The child's legal name is Twinkle Twinkle Twilight, but she is also known as Twinkle Miles.
Officials said Twinkle was in foster care, and they believed she was with her biological mother, Vicki Lynn Miles, 42.
Authorities said Miles was driving a red, 2001 Chevrolet Trailblazer with the Texas license plat MHY 236.
Police said they found the SUV at an apartment complex in the 4700 block of Norma Drive in Fort Worth Monday morning, NBCDFW.com reports.
Shortly after, Fort Worth police said Miles' husband called and said he saw his wife outside his bedroom window. They said he told them she was wearing a black dress and black pantyhose and was wrapped in a white blanket. He said he refused to let her in because he didn't want to get into trouble.
Police then located the missing mother and daughter.
